The Samsung Galaxy S4 has a Snapdragon 600 processor, 5 inch 1080p...
Research from Nielsen has shown that Samsung has the lead as the biggest manufacturer of Android smartphones in the US with HTC not too far behind. The top three places are very close, only 6% from first to second place. Samsung has 17% while HTC has 14%. Motorola comes in third with 11%. With Android’s 51% US market spot it means that other companies who make Android smartphones aren’t doing well. The other percentage is only 9% and there would be many companies in that 9% which doesn’t give much market share between them. HTC does though dominate the Windows Mobile market but shares the market with Samsung in the Windows 7 mobile OS market share with 0.5% each of the whole market.
If you add up both Samsung and HTC’s market share across multiple operating systems Samsung has 17.5% of the manufacturing market and HTC has 17.4% because HTC is in one extra market than Samsung where HTC does dominate it.
