Both HTC and Samsung are expected to release their entry-level versions of their flagship devices in the next quarter, according to DigiTimes. Samsung has officially announced the Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini, which it announced last week at an event in London. The company failed to provide any details on when and where this phone will be launching.
There’s still a chance that the two companies might delay the launch of these devices until Q4, which would go hand-and-hand with the Christmas break. If the two companies were to wait they could see extra sales due to the Christmas break, but until they officially announce the release date for these two phones we really won’t know. All we can say right now though is that the current rumours are pointing to Q3.
