As you may know, Google has announced that they will be holding an Android event on October 29. There are a couple of rumours going around concerning this, so here’s what to expect…

First of all, expect Android 4.2 (which may be named Key Lime Pie), to be announced. It is though that this will just be a slightly updated version of the current Android OS, 4.1 Jellybean. Nothing too exciting there…

That’s not all though. Google is rumoured to be announcing three new Nexus products, making this even the biggest Nexus event held. There will be LG’s Nexus phone, a high end, 10″ Nexus tablet made by Samsung and an updated version of the Nexus 7, which was released earlier this year. All devices will be running on Android 4.2.

The Nexus 4, which will be released by LG, will be a modified version of the Optimus G, and will feature a quad-core SnapDragon processor from Qualcomm, 2 gigabytes of RAM, a 1,280×768 display, 16GB of internal storage, and an 8-megapixel camera, according to a source.

The Nexus 10 will be a direct iPad rival, and not much is known about this device. It is rumoured to have a higher resolution screen than the iPad however.

Finally, the Nexus 7 will be much like the current version, however a 32GB option will be available, and 3G might be included.

If these rumours do turn out to be true, then this will be one exciting event in my opinion. We will have a full review of the event next week.
