Facebook Email Change Was A Bug

An official Facebook email said that the social network was going to give us new email addresses but it was a computer bug that caused the default email to be set as that.

This change upset many people who were using Facebook because it changed the email address that people contacting them via email went to and many emails were misplaced however this is only for some devices. It has been blamed on a bug which may or may not be true. They could just be trying to excuse themselves.

However they said that a roll-back is not possible ( no surprise there) but they are working on fixing the issue for the people using the effected devices.

In my opinion Facebook are not making a lot of good changes to the service lateley and I think better options are becoming available such as Google+ so I would say that Facebook have a lot to put right otherwise a better social network will come a long.
